Boat Manufacturers recognize the danger

The Danger

The plumbing system in your vessel  is protected from high water pressure by a pressure regulator. Should that regulator fail, the resulting water pressure could cause the plumbing to fail. If a failure occurs, water from the dock or city supply will run uncontrolled until someone discovers the problem.

A boat owner may find their boat sunk in its slip. If the boat doesn't sink, excessive water in the engine space could cause damage to the engine or its components, resulting in costly repairs. Other systems housed in your engine space, such as freshwater pressure pumps, generators, sanitation equipment, and battery chargers also could be damaged or destroyed in the event of submersion from flooding or sinking.

The Solution

The Flow GuardianTM!  Attach a Flow Guardian to the water source in front of your drinking water hose, set the easy to read dial to the maximum amount of water you want and the Flow Guardian does the rest! The water will be automatically shut off once the set number of gallons have been delivered. Need a continuous flow of water? Set the dial to "Continuous Flow" and the water will not be shut off.
